Permanent makeup is a cosmetic technique which employs tattoos (permanent pigmentation of the dermis) as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup, such as eye-lining and other permanent enhancing colors to the skin of the face, lips, and eyelids. Permanent makeup is made to look similar to regular makeup products, but with results that can last for years.
Micro-pigmentation can also be used to produce artificial eyebrows, particularly in people who have lost them as a consequence of aging, disease such as Alopecia Totalis, chemotherapy, and/or a genetic disturbance. The procedure is also used to disguise scars and white spots on the skin such as in vitiligo and can be used to restore or enhance the breast’s areola after breast surgery.

Microblading Brow Enhancement
The Microblading technique involves drawing individual, crisp small feathered hair strokes that will define, fill in gaps and customize the brow shape for a fuller natural look. This semi permanent technique involves manually depositing pigment, using a microblading tool, superficially in the skin. Gigi will often combine the methods of both microblading and permanent make up in her treatments.
