Kim Marie Pan
Kim Pan is a licensed aesthetician trained at the Aveda Institute in Manhattan.
She believes in the philosophy of wellness, and that combining good nutrition with proper skin care is the key factor in the appearance of the skin.
Kim wants men and women to feel good about themselves and their skin, and starts each treatment by educating her patients on skin care and about their particular skin type.

Dianne McCurdy
Dianne McCurdy became a licensed aesthetician 10 years ago when she realized she wasn't the only baby boomer concerned about the aging process.
She has been associated with Drs. Shawe and Badawy for nearly six years.
Dianne is a people person who believes that good skin care is not a matter of vanity but an integral part of well-being.

David Stein, PA - Physician Assistant
He joined SkinSmart Dermatology as a Physician Assistant in 2007. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Hahnemann University in 1997, and has 10 years of general, cosmetic and surgical dermatology experience. David is an active member in AAPA and PSPA, his professional organizations, and has been a teaching preceptor for medical and physician assistant students. He resides in Plymouth Meeting with his wife, Sue, and two children, Carly and Jonathan.

Karen Beatty, CRNP - Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
She joined SkinSmart in 2008, on board with three years of previous dermatology experience, she is committed to all areas of dermatology. With a special interest in the treatment of alopecia (hair loss), acne, atopic dermatitis (eczema) and keloidal skin conditions. She excels in providing a comforting and relaxed atmosphere for patients to voice their concerns. A member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, Karen readily attends lectures to stay abreast of the latest dermatological treatments available. A nursing graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College in 1985, she has 20+ years of nursing experience. Earning from a LaSalle University, a Masters degree in Public Health in nursing 2004 and Family Nurse Practitioner Post Masters Certificate in 2005.
